WeeList terms and conditions

WeeList lets you create lists, share them with others, and collaborate on items and images within the app. By using WeeList you accept these terms.

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Do not use the app for fraud, harassment, spam, or illegal activity.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.

It is prohibited to publish or share, through lists, items, or images, content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, violence, or threats.
• Is sexually explicit, especially any content involving minors.
• Is spam, malware, or impersonates another person.

WeeList has zero tolerance for abusive content and conduct.

Within the app, WeeList provides tools to maintain a safe environment:

• Report content: any user can report a list or another user from within the app.
• Block users: you can block another person to stop seeing their content.
• Enforcement: we review reports and may remove content, as well as limit or suspend accounts that violate these rules, within a reasonable timeframe.

WeeList is provided on a reasonable availability basis. There may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical incidents, or service improvements.

You can close your account from the profile at any time. WeeList may also suspend or limit accounts for serious violations of these terms or for security reasons.

The service is provided with reasonable security and maintenance efforts, but absolute absence of errors, outages, or loss of availability is not guaranteed.
